Wichita Skirts
I found these on a clearance rail in the sports section of the retail outlet of one of our local textile mills.
Labelled as Wichita Skirts and made by Pringle, selling for just £1 each. They had just a few left, I bought three, one each in lime, pale blue and undyed white. The garment has a broad elasticated waistband and a one inch hem at the bottom. Made from a cashmere/cotton blend the material is thin and very stretchy. Far too thin for outer wear, so you won't be seeing a frontal photo on this family friendly forum as it would show way too much contour. They should make excellent warm slips for wearing under kilts or skirts and the absence of any lacy or frilly bits will ensure they won't look fem if they peek out below the skirt hem.
