I wear dresses as my normal attire both in private and public, including shopping, church, and doctor appointments. I have gotten virtually no pushback at all. A dress is nice as there is nothing to bind at the waist and I don't have to waste time matching top and bottom.

Re: Sir Garyson Perry is "just a man who likes to wear dresses"
I really wish the term "freestyler" would replace the.term crossdresser (English form) or transvestite (Latin term).

Re: Treacher wore a dress to school
If anybody told me to disrobe because (s)he didn't like what I was wearing, that would trigger a sharp response expressed in a VERY loud drill sergeant voice from me. Fortunately I have not had to resort to that tactic. My dresses are not flamboyant and my heeled shoes are mostly black. I think it w...

With pants, it’s grab this and grab that…ok to go! I like dresses as I don't have to match a top with a bottom. You just put it on! :D Here is a posting I put on crossdressers.com : "I had a very interesting experience today going to a doctor appointment today. I wore a long sleeve maxidress a...

Let's never speak this word again
A lot of times women don't recognize the double standard of clothing conventions. When I'm wearing a dress on Sunday mornings occasionally some women mention upon passing in a mild way maybe I should observe clothing conventions for men while wearing TROUSERS . I point out.to them the history of tro...

Don't forget Andy Stewart's "That's the reason noo I wear the kilt". Every nicht I used to hing my troosers up At the back of the bedroom door; I rue the day - I must have been a jay I′ll never hing them up anymore - Because ma wife she used tae ramble through my pooches When I was fast as...

Re: Women wearing skirts
I have imagined older men tutoring younger women about skirts. Perhaps someday it will be a father's duty to teach skirtmanship to his daughter. If I had a daughter I might have been in a position to teach her how to walk with heels. I have read where young ladies having an awkward time walking wit...

Re: Women wearing skirts
I as a man wear dresses far more frequently than most women. There are plenty of times when I am walking at a local park or church events (other than Sunday mornings) where I am the only one wearing a dress. Fortunately the pushback has been virtually nonexistent.

It's much.easier to take a leak at a urinal with a skirt. You don't have to fumble with a zipper. You simply lift the hem.

I will say I present like a woman except for my masculine bass voice due to the estrogen I have been on but still I regard myself as a man and I use my real masculine name.skirtyscot wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 11:14 pm And you satisfy the main criterion of presenting as a man, so you're on the same team as the rest of us.

I wouldn't walk across the street to see one of those fashion shows even if it was free.

Re: Am I Still Welcome Here?
Jeff, like you I like to dress en femme. I have taken things even further by being on estrogen in the past 12 years and have acquired a feminine appearance.
The only requirement is that men (which I am one of them) use their real masculine names and not some made up feminine name.

Re: I wear Skirts and remain a Man
Thanks to the estrogen I have been on and my wearing of dresses I look like a woman. But my voice is anything but feminine as I have a bass voice. And if necessary I can make my voice heard for several hundred meters. So, yes, I'm still a MAN.

I find women's dresses far more attractive than those unkempt rags shown in the Paris Men's fashion week shows. In addition those rags have got.to.cost a fortune, and if I wore them I would stick out far more than the dresses I wear.

Yes, I have a male bulge as I'm a man. Unlike must men I have two noticeable bulges in the chest area (bra cup size DD with no filler). So nobody is likely to notice my male bulge. Tucking my.male junk? No.way, José. John John, I also have the noticeable bulges up top but not as noticeable as most ...
