I find this marketing confusing. The Flared garment looks like a ladies left hand opening wrap over waterproof cover for a skirt or trousers The right hand opening garments are male orientated. ....I do not consider the two male garments shown have enough give in the design to to be fully waterproof...

Welcome WL, I do have a proper kilt but rarely wear it as it's very heavy. I wear a skirt as often as I can but prefer lighter materials, bright or pastel colours and mini short. You will get more out of the site by contributing to the discussions. I've only been wearing skirts for five years or so...
