Re: Anyone know any good scar removing remedies?

Depends a lot on the injury - - - See a skin doctor for professional advice - perhaps plastic surgery on the expensive end ? Wearing tights (PH) would help mask it ? Sun tanning might help - but on the other hand make it more pronounced ? For males skin abnormalities are not so much a factor as it i...

Re: Pyjama skirt revisited

It is tacked (stitched) down nicely about halfway from the waist - With no double apron it should still fare well in that fussy beaufort 6 squall - In a private place nothing to fret about - In a public place just a tad bit of caution - A kilt pin isn't going to do much here except as a useless deco...

Re: Pyjama Skirt?

Kind a reminds me of a gift I received years ago a kilted wrap BATH skirt aka tartan towel.
You are taking a shower and interrupted by someone at the door - wrap the tartan towel
about the waist and tend to business.

Pyjamas - I sleep in much less - I am covered in covers !

Re: Out and About -- In the World at Large

Things are freeing up a bit Covid-wise. I went to a small community BBQ to day, wearing a jumper (pullover) and persisting through winter with a mini skirt. I walked up to where there were some people sitting around a fire under the street verandah of an old cafe. A guy said to me "Aren't your legs...

Re: Protests

The Barber Shop is closed due to health issues related to the virus - proximity to others who may be active or passive carriers of it. Now unfortunately some Barber Shops Salons Beauty Spas (manicure) were torched (arson) by roving bands of anarchist-protesters not protesting about George Floyd but ...

It was the black one I meant Sorry I didn’t make it clear. Yet another injustice. Women can get away with buttoning either side in shirts etc.
I get away with buttoning on either side just fine.
Jim must be am-jim-dexterous - some folks can handle things equally well - good for them.

Re: Items on eBay

I think that’s a great looking skirt. Obviously designed for a man to wear as it buttons on the correct side . I note that the seller will post to UK. Pity it won’t fit me. 🙁 Obviously designed for a man to wear as it buttons on the correct side Better check that - unless this was taken in front of...

Re: Here we go again...

The clock does not appear unless you are logged in.

If you are adjacent to the magnification symbol - you are too high up

Look for the NOTIFICATIONS - PRIVATE MESSAGES - and YOUR USER NAME
It will be just below that !

Re: Here we go again...

With intervention from Carl - Yes that is a nice added feature - the clock I see is correct to my time zone ! Consolation in this digital era would have liked the clock in digital 24 hour format time. And we are not splitting skirts seams here at SC so the "Atomic Clock" is not of essence - But if y...

Re: Items on eBay

When we travel we pack an empty duffle bag to bring stuff home. I collect tee shirts from places we like to visit. Sometimes we get a box and send dirty clothes and souvineirs home. We advise people who are going to Hawail to bring their toothbrush and underwear and buy tee shirts and shorts there....

What was the final outcome ? Did you have to give the system a "Warm Boot" ? Or a real intensive threatening 12 gauge sawed off full indoctrination ? I don't notice any difference - of course I don't go around opening cans of worms ! If it wasn't broke in the first place leave it alone - but then th...

Re: questionaire whether or not we want to wear skirts or dresses

Ah, yes. A slam dunk as said in Americana. My vote will be in there somewhere. Probably near the bottom of the heap. With some of those polls - before you vote VIEW the results first and then again after you have voted to see how much of a bearing your vote has. I am having browser problems - seems...
