Re: Update on my Wife

So sorry to read that, as Carl said, at least she is at peace now, hopefully you have a load of memories of good times to look back on.

Re: Tacit Acceptance.

B&B. I have two pull-on skaters which have slash pockets where they ought to be. Pull-on because their waists are a bit elastic and they have no zips or other closures. Handy. Problem though is they are a tad short.....17" or thereabouts, which for me confines them to the garden & grounds. I won't ...

Re: Rethinking Lingerie....

Having some introvert type tendencies, I happily wear skirts in public, but tend to stick with my Midas cargo skirts, skirts made for men. I never really thought about if there was any difference apart from the LH or RH zip. On a skirted visit to Rothesay I popped into a shop to buy a breakfast. The...

Re: Tacit Acceptance.

Okay, I have now read the thread and there is nothing I disagree with. For me wearing a skirt is much less of a spectacle than some folk I have seen; I vaguely remember seeing some guy wandering around a trademarker in some sort of brightly coloured onesie, something like leopard stripes or even lou...

Re: Tacit Acceptance.

Hi CR Friend and Denimini Thanks for your comments. To anyone else who has read this, can I assume that the lack of reaction is a reasonable indication of your general support for and agreement with the points raised? Steve. The lack of reaction from me is because I have only just seen this and am ...

Re: Online live meeting anyone?

Oh well, use Zoom if you want to, I am not going near it thanks to the security problems, the 40 minute limit and the fact that I spend a lot of time on Skype (free, no limit on time) and on Teams (part of the Office subscription and very poor compared to Skype) and am not going to install/use yet a...

Re: Skirts as a defense for covid

It seems that there is maybe a link between men in skirts, loners and people who, like me, just don't like physical contact. As someone who doesn't like being touched and is happy mostly being alone, Covid is ideal for me, skirted or not!

Re: Online live meeting anyone?

Since I recieved a package in the mail yesterday, containing a shirtdress, which fits pretty well, I would probably give that a test flight.

Re: Covid 19

As far as I know there has been no relaxation of the mask mandate in shops and on public transport in Scotland, although I have given up watching politicians faffing about on telly so maybe the rules have been relaxed. However when I went for a rather wonderful kebab a couple of days ago and in the ...

I’d be up for it. Don’t mind which app.

Bit tricky though seeing what wonderful attire each of us will be sporting!
Don't know about Zoom, but when we Skype we have our webcam things doing video, not a pretty sight!

Re: How far we've come

Skirtyscot and Cessna I hope see this too but I cannot put a name to our fifth member. Yup quite a night in oh so many ways and who knows how far we may go in the next ten years. Good to hear from you. Steve. I am afraid I can't remember either, I am hopeless with names, I think the posts organisin...

Re: Boys skirting the issue

The North has been hot too. I live west of Glasgow on the coast, my house faces North and is next to a cliff, it is maybe 170 years old and the walls are stone, getting on for 2 feet thick (for you metric kids- 2 feet thick but spoken slowly and loudly). Yesterday evening I took my infernal red the...
