that's a great price. If you go to a store like Sports Authority, the compression tights go for between 40 and 50 bucks.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, it doesn't matter to me. My family and friends are so used to seeing a variety of kilts they would only question it if I failed to wear one. For Christmas, I'm wearing my formal Kilt. It's got so much red and green in it, it kind of looks like Christmas decor...

As to the wearing of boots, I think it depends on the job. I work for the Red Cross and when I'm not working I'm volunteering. With above the knee or at the knee skirts: If it drops into the 20s, I go with black tights. I like the running tights because they're more durable and are made for warmth.
