Re: Scored a hat-trick of kilts today

Just had to share the happy news. Deliveries today included two kilts from USA Kilts and one from UT Kilts. They are (l to r) in the image below, A Macintosh Premium wool kilt from UT Kilts, a Nordic Heritage casual and a German Heritage casual from USA Kilts. So, what does my wife say? She encoura...

Re: Bib overall kilt

I keep wavering as to buy one to try out. The big just looks to plain and maybe out of place.

Re: Walmart Skirt for Men Review

Interesting skirt and it does look like khaki shorts. I feel it would need a few more pleats.

I could see the red skirt with a short black jacket maybe!

Unfortunately, the cargo skirt is just not my cup of tea. I may have to look at the cheer and lacrosse skirts though.

Re: Hello from Sweden

I loved your introduction and welcome you to Skirt Cafe. Years ago, I loved the short empire waist dresses the most. but in the past years have gone to almost entirely short skirts and kilts.

Again, welcome.

Re: snag tights

Looking good. Unfortunately, it does not appear they have anything for someone 6'4" I purchased these from Walmart. I followed the size chart and purchased the 2XL but should've purchased the XL. As it turned out, they are VERY generous with their sizing. :D ( The picture is a product link. ) ...

Re: Pleats, Front or Back or Who Cares

Not that I run anymore (old people don't run!), but by definition short and lightweight for running is the apparel norm. From the hips down the shorter the garment the more essential modesty measures are required. Girls competing may wear very skimpy bottoms but they are bulletproof opaque, so when...

Re: Pleats, Front or Back or Who Cares

I typically run in lightweight kilts with pleats only at the back, with leggings when cold. I would like to try a pleated running skirt. Running in an all around pleated skirt would be better than the solid front unflapable apron kilt. Less material to move aside in the running movement - resistanc...

I have worn men's dress shirts multiple times with skirt and kilts. The only problem is when I wear a shorter skirt, the shirt tails can be almost to long.

Re: Things that I wear or do that are considered femme by others

I can't stand men's fragrances as it seems they have a sharp note to their scents. I guess they clash against my body.scent as I am on estrogen and have a feminine body scent. As a side note, I still regard myself as a man and NOT a trans-woman. John I also cannot stand men's fragrances because of ...
