I do occasionally wear skirts. Kilts are made specifically for the male form. It makes sense that men will more often wear a kilt. I disagree that this is some sort of "imposition".

As for me, wearing skirts and whatnot has nothing to do with a fetish or gender expression. It is a matter of enjoying the fabrics, colors, patterns, and styles that women's clothing offers.

When I sit in a skirt, I sit with knees together and ankles crossed. It is also how I sit when wearing slacks. Sometimes, I sit with my legs crossed at the knees. This comes natural to me.
