Re: A change at work results in no skirting.

Hmmm... if the goal to not be identified, you could shave your legs and facial hair, fill out a blouse, and go comme une femme. Just sayin'.

Re: That rare male compliment

In a convenience store, a man about 30 stated that he liked my kilt and my black leather jacket.

Re: EShakti Question

I would suggest going to a dress shop that carries a variety of styles... I have tried on various dresses. Dresses don't fit well across the chest and shoulders, if I can even get them on. EShakti makes dresses that are custom to an individual's measurements. I am hoping to get someone's input on t...

Re: EShakti Question

That can be a very unflattering style if you have a bit of a tummy and no bust to hold the material well clear of it. Thank you for the input, I appreciate it. That is exactly my situation. What sort of dress would you suggest? I currently don't have any dresses. When I wear a skirt, I wear a jacke...

Re: EShakti Question

I have had very good luck with eShakti in the past and have a pair of custom-done dresses and a jumpsuit from them which I am very happy with. The customisation costs a bit more but I recommend it highly if you're aiming for the male physique. Friend, I saw the pictures and was hoping you would res...

EShakti Question

I have been looking at dresses on https://www.eshakti.com/ . As a first dress, I am thinking this one: https://www.eshakti.com/product/CL0088582?view_source=search&index=1 . https://www.eshakti.com/handler/CustomStyleJoinImageHandler01.ashx?p=CL0088582&n=Jewel&s=Three%20quarter%20length&...

Re: The Ultimate Stealth Skirt.

However, the gendering of any item of clothing is an imposition, a false restriction generally forced on men rather than women. Fashion freedom for men means just that as far as I'm concerned, to wear what I wish, when and where I wish. Any attempt to limit that freedom is an imposition as far as I...

Re: The Ultimate Stealth Skirt.

I do occasionally wear skirts. Kilts are made specifically for the male form. It makes sense that men will more often wear a kilt. I disagree that this is some sort of "imposition".

Yes, a kilt IS a skirt for men. Period.

I don't do the "regalia" thing at all. No sporran with motorcycle boots and motorcycle jacket.

First Kilt

Well, I will be in Detroit in the next couple of weeks. When I have my itinerary, I will set up an appointment with Charlie of Kilts by Angus Harvey to have a kilt tailored. Charlie is eager to work with me. I am excited to put my hands on the material and get measured by a professional. My Sweetie ...

Re: Sexual Fetish or Gender Expression?

As for me, wearing skirts and whatnot has nothing to do with a fetish or gender expression. It is a matter of enjoying the fabrics, colors, patterns, and styles that women's clothing offers.

Sitting in Skirts and Kilts

When I sit in a skirt, I sit with knees together and ankles crossed. It is also how I sit when wearing slacks. Sometimes, I sit with my legs crossed at the knees. This comes natural to me. It is rare that my legs are splayed. I hope to buy my first kilt soon. I like the highland gray pictured below....
