I think making people think and realise that what they first thought is not accurate, is very fun to do. I now love meeting new people, now I am in a skirt.

Really good to get a project done so you can wear it. Well done Seb. I like the contrast in volume between the top part and the skirt. Nice work. I am also envious of your hair.

Re: Mouse making something....

The look is quite... special, but is good also. I understand why you say you felt special in that outfit, it is indeed uncommon. You actually have made a great work. Thank you Spirou. As for the boots, not my cup of tea I totally respect that. The issue for me is that as a kid, not only did I want ...

I am married to a woman who accepts me. Whether she would make the same choice she made 32 years ago, given her tine again, is probably a question, better not to ask her. :D

Re: Red pleated skirt... that inspires a kilt

Spirou, When I sew I have to make do with the dining room table so I know how getting a work area to sew on is difficult. From your picture of the sewing machine next to the wall, I think I would try to relocate that to somewhere flat so you can feed the material as you want. The other thing I found...

Re: The boundary between skirt wearer and TV

Since most of us wear skirts, we are crossdressers. When women wear men's items, they are also crossdressers. Jamie, I fully accept that I used to cross dress, but you cannot put all skirts in the women's camp. When I buy a sheet of material, design and make my own pattern to fit my body. Then make...

Thank you BM. I did feel special walking in London in my creation. I got two compliments on this platform, mainly for my boots, but I will take any. :D

I love how the fall turned out, looks really good, the Latex really folds nicly, well done Mouse! Thank you Seb. The latex at 0.4mm has a nice movement to it. I was generally pleased with my work, there are always things you can do better! I also made latex accessories including one which incorpora...

Re: A change at work results in no skirting.

I still get away with skirting on a Monday as I know I will be in the office all day due to me covering a long term sick colleague. I am one of the few who knows how to do payroll for our vehicle engineers so I am deskbound for the one day. As for the rest of the week its trousers, I never know whe...

Re: The boundary between skirt wearer and TV

Hi, Long time lurker and skirt wearer, although not in public yet. trying to work up the courage. Just curious where the boundary comes between skirt wear and TV. Hi Walks, I don't know where you are in the world, but assuming you are somewhere safe for MIS, the problem is all in your head and henc...

So I finished the skirt and this is picture of me wearing it on Kings Cross tube station platform on the way to the event.

The blue latex this time is translucent, so shows brightly in the light.

Re: Red pleated skirt... that inspires a kilt

As you can see, pleats are not really neat. This is due to an accumulation of factors while stitching them, ironing will probably not be of any help unfortunately (I will still give it a try: we never know). Only the front panel will befenit from a good ironing. This is the main disappointment I fe...

What ever she buys you, it is a mark of support and is very special from a wife to a MIS. You must look after her, she is special.

Re: would you wear these sci-fi unisex dresses?

I have never worked out why men can wear long coats which look like a heavy dresses with buttons down the front, but not a skirt?
