Re: Theory: Men Hate Fashion/Dressing Up Because We Can't Wear Skirts
They believe that if you deviate from the confines of the Man-Box, you will be seen is a homosexual. Therein lies the problem. I don’t think being “seen as a homosexual” is that big of a deterrent these days. There are so many cool gay men that are totally accepted that it seem totally fine to be c...
New Game
So for this game to work, you have to be dressed in something interesting. Your choice. You can play the game starting with something very subtle, then replay each time pushing the boat a little further out. So as you walk along a normal street in your interesting outfit, maintain your head in the n...

Re: Theory: Men Hate Fashion/Dressing Up Because We Can't Wear Skirts
I think you have to look at women have done with trousers. Just look at the range of trousers women have compared with men. So we have to ask the question why is this so? Is it because manufacturers have tried more interesting designs for men and been unable to sell them, so now only make boring thi...

Re: Where will we be in say... ten years?
I don't think skirts for men will ever be normalized in Western society, and truthfully, I really don't care. As long as it's not criminalized I'll be just fine. :) I would second that. I think if you look at how many women wear skirts, the most men you are ever going to get to wear skirts is the s...

That’s got to be the world famous Forth Bridge which is also my favourite bridge in the world. I remember as a kid the highlight of visiting Edinburgh was crossing the Forth Bridge which has fascinated me since I was a child. At the moment I am doing printing designs based on the Forth Bridge Anywa...

Re: Trousers, Women have more....
The only problem is having the guts to wear what I want to wear in public without getting ridiculed. I have only gone out twice wearing a skirt without a long trench coat hiding it and so far so good but I feel that there will be setbacks from narrow minded idiots laughing at me or showing disgust....

Re: Mississipi School Discriminate Transgender Girl
I am speaking for the seven or so year old me here, and maybe it is more representative than you may think. Yes, I should have been able to demand that I was addressed and treated as a girl. The sad bloody fact is that I was too scared to ask nicely and suffered the consequences. Steve. The time we...

Re: So my wife got me a handbag for Christmas….
So I am out on a shopping trip with my daughter, me with my black bag, daughter in jeans. Daughter has her glasses case with her, since part of the trip is to the optician. Daughter looks at me as we get to the shopping centre, “Can I put my stuff in your bag?” We both thought this was a huge laugh!...

So, I am old and easily confused and have probably not been paying enough attention...... Last year you moved from Virginia to Washington. This year you are moving back, but maybe in a year or two....... :D It is good to be free and move when you want to move. I hope you are both happy and things wo...

Re: Mississipi School Discriminate Transgender Girl
What is amiss is, WHY is it only daughters :?: Shouldn't sons be taught how their bodies work too :?: You are totally correct. However a boy tends to workout many of the nuts and bolts of his equipment as it is there to see. Where as, a girl's equipment is mainly internal and hidden. In addition, i...

I like his hat... A quick search for him on line goes quiet just after 2021 when this article dropped. However he is on LinkedIn where you can see his history. https://www.linkedin.com/in/sebastiaan-vermeulen/details/experience/ In 2021 he was coming to the end of his PHD (Dr) studies, so he was a s...

Re: Mississipi School Discriminate Transgender Girl
Sorry mr seamstress, we brits have taken this thread down an ally and across the pond. We should be discussing this poor girl who is having a torrid time at this school. I found this link which gives more background to the story including telling her off for using either gendered bathrooms. https://...
