Re: Teenager wearing a dress harassed by inbred Tennessee hillbilly

Unfortunately, the US Supreme Court ruled, without hearing any arguments on either side, to let the new Texas law stand until the challenges wend their weary way to the Supreme Court. That's the normal way of things, wait for a case. That's all they are supposed to do, not serve as a super veto bod...

Re: Skirt/dress-wearing vs. Masculinity

If there is one change in society that I'd like to see, it's that I'd love to see people (men in particular) stop worrying themselves to death about anything they may do being perceived as "feminine". Perhaps the boys in their peer groups may be lucky enough not to kill themselves by virtue of an e...

Since from what you say that shouldn't be possible. Perhaps it isn't possible but they try anyway? Great question Rode! As Moo...

Re: The pleated skort as worn by Emma Raducanu

Athletic skirts are awesome!

I do tend to find the ones without the shorts, and wear what I want under them. I also get the non-pleated variety normally. Bit of an A-line in modern athletic fabrics and a short length, and you can move almost like you have nothing on.

Re: Gun control

Think about it, for a few moments. In 2007 we got hammered with a depression that in absolute numbers was worse than the "Great" in 1929, and we're right back where we were again in 1929 waiting for another hammering. I remember that period pretty well. Times got pretty tough as I recall, but I rem...

Re: Gun control

Interestingly, my uncle seems to be very pro 2A. Yet in all other matters appears to be as " liberal " leftist as the day is long... So much for stereotypes eh? Most folks have a mix of ideas, and aren't in lock step with either party line. I remember a few years back hearing about a Democra...

Re: New Skirtcraft Wrap Skirt Design

How easy is it to untie a square knot after being tied all day? I've got wrap and tie skirts, but they don't get out much, and I assumed a bow would be better than a square knot. A way of tucking the end in would help, not sure how, but I'd rather not have dangling chords of any sort. But I would st...

Re: Wow - yungblood's skirts!

If the Chinese want to go that way, then that's their choice. All they're doing in that regard is aping the West. Unfortunately it's not their choice, it's the choice of a small group of narrow minded elite and the fact that MIS enlightenment is nowhere near as good as centuries of indoctrination 😡...

Yes! I also sing bass, and next time I go out to a karaoke event I plan to do all girlie songs pitched two octaves below their normal range. Imagine Darth Vader singing "I Will Survive" ...
Not bass, but I always liked this version better anyway...

All dressed up and nowhere to go - still in lockdown.
A tweed mini, warm for winter with long socks, and a touch longer than my usual fare. Pockets too!
That's a great look on you! Sorry about the lockdown.

Now if only it would cool off here in the US... Soon enough, I know.

Re: New Skirtcraft Wrap Skirt Design

Looks promising. If the price is right, I'd probably pick one up. I don't care about organic, and don't necessarily think 100% cotton is always the way to go, but it's worth a try. Also, bigger pockets are always better. Let us know when this will be available. Are you just self funding this, or wil...

Dust, the mtf weight lifter spectacularly failed and I believe came last. So not a good example.
True, but simply qualifying for the Olympics is an accomplishment that many elite athletes never achieve.

Re: Teenager wearing a dress harassed by inbred Tennessee hillbilly

Wow, thanks for the civil responses, gentlemen. I truly appreciate that. Before I respond to any individual comments, a general point: Trans people rely on stereotypes. In order to either pass, or simply signal to others how they wish to be addressed and treated. This is not tearing down stereotypes...
