I ordered one of those a while ago, and when I got it, the size was definitely way off. They appear to use Asian size charts, and I'm on the larger side (I usually wear 38 in jeans). I wound up giving it to a slimmer friend of mine.

I recent got a 5.11 Tactical Kilt. They had a 25% everything Black Friday sale, so I got a great price. However, it took weeks to get my kilt. I decided to have to hemmed at my local cleaners, taking the length down from the standard 24" to 21". It's definitely better for me.

I haven't worn a kilt to Disneyland (yet), but I've seen men wear Utilikilts from time to time with no issues.
