Very nice and stylish. Better than the average fare but way beyond my budgets.
Far out of my reach as well.

Mexican dresses

I received an email from Etsy today. It was featuring a shop in Xalapa, Mexico. The designer is a Mexican male and you can see him modeling many of the skirts and dresses from Mexico. They are pricey but have a lot of embroidery on them. https://www.etsy.com/shop/thevintagejesus?ref=blog§ion_id=...

Re: What feminine items do you wear?

Not really interested in the "do clothes have a gender" debate. I bought them in the women's section because they haven't got them in the men's. That's not the clothes fault, that's the store's fault. Anyway... I have what's called peripheral neuropathy, a complication of my type 2 diabetes. In my ...

Re: Men in skirts around the world - Straw Poll

How prevalent are men in skirts in your area? How are men in skirts where you live treated? Where is the best place in the world to live for a man in skirt? 2. I have only had one glare that I can recall, and two guys trying to take the p!55 and several positive comments from women. Comments from o...

Re: Men in skirts around the world - Straw Poll

I live in Seattle. Other than utility kilts, I have seen skirted outfits on men maybe three/four times over the last three decades. One was a man that I believe was an Arab, wearing the traditional robe-I assume he was a visitor, so I'm not sure he counts. Another was a man wearing a skirt at a con...

Re: A plea for skirts as a degendering measure

The fact you and GFU are quoting 70% and 90% of women approve men in skirts is an amazingly high number. If that data got out to the general public, it would be wonderful. Men are driven by the desire to be attractive to women. Therein lies the rub. Whilst women may be notionally supportive of men ...

Re: Is this the future?

Hi FFA The Future, look at history first. These lovelies could all be guys; Your point is very valid. History does repeat itself. I believe fashion is another link in the evolutionary journey that we as humans share. There is really nothing new under the sun. Fashion has often been used as a measur...

Is this the future?

I was watching a video on Youtube the other day and a commercial came on. It was a cell service advertisement. The thing that struck me about this commercial was the makeup on the women. They all looked like drag queens. I have never seen women wearing this much makeup even in theatrical performance...

Re: Dutch Seamstress Makes Dresses fo Boys

While I'm happy for both the mother and her son, I feel the world is not ready for this yet. I can imagine a bunch of morons screaming "CHILD ABUSE!!!", while leaving out the fact that the boy wants to wear dresses and skirts. I've seen this stupidity so many times where a woman — usually someone f...

She has started a website: https://www.littleprincecharming.com/ The little videos are quite encouraging. Thank you for posting. I looked at her site and the blogs on it. I am quite impressed. I do believe this lady totally understands. I like the blogs where she explains the history of men, dresse...

Re: Eddie Lizard

To me, a "transvestite" (aka "me") is one who likes to wear clothes more commonly worn by the opposite sex and look the same (or as best as). A "crossdresser" (also "me") is one who likes to keep the "masculine" image yet wear clothes more commonly worn by the opposite sex, such as wearing a skort ...

Re: Eddie Lizard

I believe we all possess masculine and feminine qualities. Many men have been discouraged since birth to not express anything that could be interpreted as a feminine interests. Women have also to some degree been discouraged from doing things considered masculine. I say this because my wife relayed ...

Re: Woman told to wear a dress, not pants 1938

I think it would be good to start posting stories like these. I can see the tables being flipped soon as more men start wearing dresses etc. It won't be long before the tables are turned and a man is told by a judge to change clothing.

Re: Eddie Lizard

I did not know that Eddie is now identifying with the pronoun she. She has put in a bid to be a Parliament Member. I made the mistake of reading comments on another social media site. Sometimes I just wish social media did not exist. This sensitive soul is growing weary of it. Too much hate and ang...
