Steve, The skirt is coming on. I have cut the top off and I'm tidying up the waist before sewing on a waist band. I've also let out some pleats so I can breath a bit. I have a high percentage of elasticated waist skirts in my inventory. I am always more confident buying skirts online with an elastic waist as they will usually fit. Also saves a lot of belts, buttons, ties and zippers, although elastic can go wrong at times.
