rg, you would probably find that the more redneck ones ( men with tattoos ) still wouldn't care!
Not to mention that the majority of women now sport tattoos as well. Try finding one without.
"Let me search you for tattoos" sounds like the sort of chat-up line that could get you into trouble.

I googled "gat" and apparently it's "a pistol or revolver". Just learnt ( learned? ) a new word.
According to the Bible, you can "be gat".

If you are not using it for nefarious or harmful purposes, where is the deception?  You are expressing in public what you fee...

Re: Texas power grid failure explained

It also comes down to economics:  Do you go to a lot of expense guarding againgst something that only happens once in 30 years or do you sell cheaper electricity now and leave your customers in the lurch if things go wrong?  The public has voted for the latter with their cheque books.

Re: Covid 19

I am not sure where I contracted the virus. We rarely are within six feet of anyone. Airborne infection isn't the only route, contaminated surfaces are just as dangerous.  If you've handled the post or groceries soon after they were delivered, opened a door or a gate, operated a petrol pump, tapped...

Re: Observations.....

On a couple of occasions friends have followed me at a distance in public, claiming they wanted to observe how people reacted (and vehemently denying that they didn't want to be seen with me).  On both occasions they were disappointed because there was hardly any reaction at all. Most people are too...

No it wasn't, it was first recognised in America but that could not be reported in the press at the time.  For consistency you should have referred to the most deadly pandemi...

Re: Turn up skirted for the first time

...There is no evidence that this plague was the result of the hand of man, so attributing it to a nation or a state is silliness in the highest regard -- ditto the moniker given to the influenza epidemic of 1918. That's an interesting story: Apparently at the end of WWI reporting restrictions were...
