I did a lot of google searching after the ceremony and I do not believe he ever did. There is also a photo on his instagram from the opening ceremony on the boat, but only from the waist up. All I can see is a belt.

I found these skirts on Pinterest. They are on a site named Jetech. Interesting designs, plus they are not expensive. But sizes seem rather small. I thought I would share.
