Found on E-Bay and described as Men's Punk Gothic Skirt made by INCERUN

Made of 75%Rayon+25%Nylon in a good range of sizes.
It has a built in half slip (knee length).
Skirt is midi length.
Elastic waist.
Very comfortable.
