Re: Camouflage skirt
Just purchased a camo skirt from Cabelas - I’ll let you know what I actually think of my purchase after I try it on. Dressing/changing rooms still not open around here due to COVID restrictions; so my purchase is a gamble. https://www.cabelas.com/shop/en/natural-reflections-camo-skirt-for-ladies?ds_...

Re: Has anyone else worn a really short skirt out and about
Someone just shared a couple of pics that were taken of me in a mid-thigh length denim skirt at the Hilton in Houston last week, but I’m still trying to recall how to post pics.

Yea - no real issues here.
Continued travels for work.
No opposition to my skirts and I’m very much a mountain of a man:

Re: Does wearing a mask make it easier?
Hummmm I’m not scared of this virus. I do honestly believe that I’d survive exposure with only minimal discomfort. I do recognize that it appears to be more contagious than most though and that many simply can’t survive it. I don’t think I’d be OK knowing that I failed to do my part and sentenced an...

Re: Utilikilt at Disneyland?
As I noted a while back, I visited Disney World kilted and it was non issue. I’m heading out to Disneyland on Thursday, of course, kilted.

I have purchased from them in the past. They are synthetic material, but of good quality. I was pleased with my purchase.

Re: Utilikilt at Disneyland?
I went with the entire extended family back in March. I flew from New Orleans, LA and didn't pack anything but kilts. I got nothing but positive responses - and tons from Disney Employees there from Scotland. I'll see if I have a pic from there and post.

Re: Being required to wear neckties if you are male.
Personally, I can't imagine a time or place that one is "required" to wear a tie - or any other particular item of clothing, for that matter. My children attend a private school, that requires male students to wear a tie; however, I remind them frequently, that they choose to attend that school. The...

Re: How do you feel when...
I find myself actually amused by their ignorance and typically just ignore them; unless I'm feeling in the mood to have a bit of fun at their expense. Now my wife on the other hand, for some reason, get really offended when she hears someone say anything similar, either jokingly, attempting to insul...

Re: Shirt Stays?
I recently bought a pair. As only one end is adjustable and 4 straps come in a package, I cut them off and sewed the adjustable ends to a 1.5" wide waistband and made a garter for stockings and then sewed the remaining ends to two shorter lengths of elastic and made sock garters.

Re: Elkommando IN STOCK NOW @ MountainHardwear
I probably own 20 kilts and 5 or 6 skirts, this one is by far one of my favorites, most comfortable, durable, much better than their first attempt, which I too own one of. I suppose its about time to buy another, and for what its worth, its worth every penny - I just wish they would consider making ...

Why keep 'em
I love them actually, but both were actually bought for a photo shoot. Couple that with the fact that they no longer fit, why keep them, I'll get more.
