Re: Techniques you've used to get more men into wearing skirts

If skirts ever become popular for men... Well, perhaps they won't. Perhaps a majority of men will stick to trousers. Perhaps MIS will become socially acceptable, but only a small minority will wear them. The kilties may remain the largest grouping in such a minority. And (other than a few mavericks...

Re: Russians

Lithuania is one of the three Baltic States: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Three small countries on the Baltic Sea, which border Russia. Analysis indicates that these three would be prime targets for invasion after a successful conquest of Ukraine. Lithuania sending X-wing drones to Ukraine. The conce...

Re: Russians

Back ground > Putin seems to have abandoned Russian troops under siege. Note the use of drones by Ukraine to create a kill zone around the village, to prevent Russian forces from pushing out. Note also the use of Russian drones to kill Russian troops (traitors!) who attempt to surrender.

Re: What is your favorite movie?

BTW, I chose the clip with Andre Rieu, rather than the clip from 2001. The Rieu clip demonstrates that at their finest, skirts can have an elegance that trousers can never match.

Re: What is your favorite movie?

Summer 1968. This is the earliest I recall being introduced to classical music. My family made popcorn, loaded up the car, and went to a drive in movie theater. Sound track included:

Also Sprach Zarathustra by Strauss.

Gayane Ballet Suite by Khachaturian.

Re: Ballet Flats and Mary Janes Back on the Runway

I checked out the T-Bar shoes on the www.startriteshoes.com website and the selection for boys regarding styles and color does not compare to the selection for girls! The girls have EVERY style and color that the boys have plus the cuter designs and colors. They are still doing the typical ManBox c...

Re: Necklace as... neck tie?

Yesterday I went into a store to pay a bill (Xfinity). Noticed three young men, store employees, who were wearing jewelry. All were wearing black T-shirts. One wore a necklace, the other two wore bracelets. Of the two with bracelets, they both wore a bracelet on only one wrist; one also wore a watch...

The next obvious step is casual skirts from the other side of the aisle in male drab and other plan styles. From there it's just the wearer's style and comfort with standing out.
Based on images posted by members, I think that a few styles could be borrowed and adapted for men.

Re: Techniques you've used to get more men into wearing skirts

Reviewing the links thread, it looks like several kilt companies have gone out of business. A reminder that that the market for kilts is a small one.

Yeah, it has been close to 2 years since I posted about the Union Kilts web site...being replaced by something selling jewelry. I think that company is defunct.
