Re: Sightings "in the wild"

Kilts are nice and i wear my utility kilt alot, But light weight skirt is way more comfortable. Just so. Original kilts from the late 18th century used a lot less material than is used now. Six, seven, eight, even nine yards of wool is a guarantee of discomfort especially while driving. They may sw...

Re: Postive Wife Support

My wife and i were in Hendersonville ( NC ) today with some long time friends from Florida. I'm always in a kilt or utility kilt when we go out, and it is rare to get any sort of comment at all. Today there, were two things that were fun. First, we were outside an upscale resale shop and my wife say...

Re: Mum lets son wear dress to her wedding

It’s an important step in understanding that no one should tell you what you can or cannot do with your body. That is utter nonsense. There are a great many things that one is not permitted to do with ones own body. One may not get ones own body drunk, then dtive, use illegal drugs, use your body t...

Re: Non wrap kilt

Yes, I still have two "Original" Utilikilts. Personally, I think they are the best ones Utilikilts ever made. I have a dozen or so "real" tartan kilts, but they are nowhere near as comfortable as the Original UK. The nylon "Spartan" with the elastic waist is also very nice. I do wish they hadn't use...

Re: Why we wear skirts and how does it feel?

Socially I admit I believe they have isolated me, or at least contributed to that isolation. I've lost friends, and basically lost family over it. Everyone is embarrassed to be seen with me so.... yeah. I underestimated how vain the people in my world are. I constantly struggle to retain any love f...

Exactly. A relationship built around deception is doomed.

Re: How old were you . . . . ?

Came home from the hospital in a dress, and didn't have a pair of pants till kindergarten at age 5. Then just a kilt now and then. I was 12 when I next put on a skirt, and the rest is history. Of course such was not at all acceptable 60 years ago. I finally said to hell with it and went public in th...

Re: Where will we be in say... ten years?

In the mid 80s I thought men in skirts would be casually common by the 90s. Wrong. In the late 90s, when Tom Manuel started Tom's Cafe I thought, "O.K., another few years". Wrong again. Somewhere around the year 10 I was sure that, at last, men were coming to their senses. Not so much. Here we are a...

Why should a transgender person have to be brainwashed to satisfy the false beliefs of other people? We are in Backward Land. de·lu·sion·al /dəˈlo͞oZH(ə)nəl/ "Characterized by or holding idiosyncratic beliefs or impressions that are contradicted by reality or rational argument, typically as a sympt...

Re: Another reason I hate Tennessee

If there is no God, then what is the foundation of civil law? If there is no God, then the civil law is only a matter of opinion, and who can claim the right of enforcement of opinion? People, ignorant ones anyway, like to claim that you can't legislate morality, but that is exactly what the greater...

Re: Another reason I hate Tennessee

Here is a true statement: for any passage of Scripture there is one, and only one, correct interpretation. There may be a hundred applications, but only one interpretation. The law of non- contradiction applies. Non-contradiction definitely applies, but a passage can have multiple meaning. Take Old...

No man nor boy should have to play the trans* card to avail himself of a simple article of clothing. To imply otherwise is to undermine males as to their status as human beings. Full stop.
Exactly.
