Has anybody else seen this other than Mrs Mouse? The comments are interesting to read, some are the normal while others are more positive.

However, I do agree with one comment, I do like his braids...

It's still a free country in the UK, the guy isn't doing anything illegal, but?
For one thing, we are all perfectly aware that there is a fetishistic interest in traditional girl school uniform and not necessarily with paedophile intention either.
Give the guy the benefit of doubt, he just feels "comfortable" dressed like a school age girl, no chance of looking like one.
He may have been lucky to merely appear on social media in his chosen attire.
More lucky that a group of right minded concerned citizens didn't beat him senseless to show him the error of his ways.
True, he's a man and wearing a skirt, he is no help to our cause though.

Unfortunately Steve we are the thin end of the wedge.

His Braids do look cool and he is not pretending to be a school girl he's just dressed like one. It's not a good look in 2025 when there's so much change pulling people in all directions.

Rather than taking videos and posting them on instagram why not talk to him? He's going to find some trouble if he's not careful.

Is this what happens when you have one half of society where anything goes and the other half have to watch?

I seen that on the net a while back and was going to mention it here. He seems to be causing nobody any harm and just sitting relaxed minding his own business waiting for a bus. However, it does set of alarm bells wearing a school tie and blazer but a tie and blazer could also be another uniform like a bus drivers uniform etc.

From my perspective, and without any context, not a good look. Frankly, I'm not sure in what context it would be a good look - I don't want to judge but I do get a bit of an off-vibe from it. Also, at the beginning of the video there's an apparent school-aged child walking in front of the bus stop (is it a bus stop?) which begs the question is he lurking about and making people uncomfortable by his presence?

I understand that we want to promote fashion freedom - but I do think his outfit crosses a line - at a minimum on the other side of the line for what should be tolerated. Obviously he has the freedom to choose such attire, but we also have the freedom to be weirded out by it. Precisely Coder, there was a comment from someone from the Trans community saying the same thing.
We may not know his identity, but you can bet he is very well known locally and probably beyond.
"Man in skirt goes viral", for all the wrong reasons!
Attack, vilify and hate, he has provided all the ammunition in one fell swoop.
As for the "look", that's one to be kept out of the public view and sadly there is no redemption in the braids either.

If legit, I too would question the wisdom of such a choice of clothing. But then the contrarian part of my brain says “nobody questioned Angus McCoatup Young wearing a boys school uniform”

Each school is different, some have uniform, others don't. But grey skirt, blouse, particular tie, blazer, grey tights and black shoes is a very standard look for many schools. Sometimes it will be a different colour blazer, or skirt and each school will have its own particular tie. Many schools now allow girls to wear trousers.

But if you were going to dress up as a school girl, he has done a fine job.

If I spotted him I wouldn't be keen to engage with him in conversation. Apart from climbing into the passable school uniform, the time spent on his hairdo and facial appearance is impressive I suppose, but the effect is anything but attractive. Also smoking, while allowed in public outdoor places, pollutes the space around him with noxious odious fumes, successfully warding most people off, for sure.

I don't see such uniforms often enough for that to be a problem for me, but the makeup, and especially the smoking, make this very unattractive.

I guess I am in the minority here. While I think smoking is bad, and people shouldn't do it, not only do I think he's rocking his outfit, but there is nothing I find off putting around it.

What I do find off putting, and disappointing, is the kneejerk reaction I see from members of this forum to immediately bring fetishes into this. Guys, it doesn't matter, and all it does is reinforce the malignant stereotype that men who dare wear what their female counterparts have been able to wear for decades without fear of social opprobrium are perverts (which is not to discount the ways they are oppressed by their clothing choices).

I have always liked the look of such uniforms. In fact, during my time attending Catholic school from 1st to 3rd grade, I was quite jealous of the girls (including my older sister), who got to wear those jumpers with their Mary Janes.

In fact, I can say without reservation that I would wear that getup, because I think it looks cute, and smart!

Does that make me a fetishist? It's irrelevant! You might as well be asking if it makes me a Star Wars Fan!

And yet, here we are committing the same perfidious sin that others commit towards us: bringing up sexuality to hijack our prudish brains into associating social deviation with perversion!

Back in my school days, I was admittedly quite jealous of the skirts that the girls wore, particularly in the warm weather. That was well before I plucked up the courage to try a skirt myself though.

It would be interesting to know his perspective for why he's dressed in this way, he's certainly done a fine job of dressing up as a school girl.
