Wow, what a look! Not in love with his jumper being tucked in, but the skirt is just fab. A skirt is never too short unless the undies are on display!

I quite like the look of the pleated brown skirt with the brightly coloured vest.
Yes, the coat is a bit long on the other.

I'll second that, way too short for man, woman or beast.

When his legs stick to hot plastic or a metal bench a few times. He will probably opt for a longer skirt.
