When it comes to "style" and "fashion" for men in skirts all the rules for the normals are a long long way behind.
Having style isn't what you do, it is all about how you do it.
Let's not let this thread simply descend into another pointless attempt to create arbitrary limits on our fashion freedom.
We have plenty already doing that for us anyway.

The last time I wore a traditional coat , tie, and trousers outfit was to my mother's funeral the past late September. My go to outfit for funerals is a black dress. In 2023 October I wore a black dress to a funeral and grave burial service for a young woman killed in an auto accident. On that day it was 38 °C/100 °F, so I was grateful I didn't have to wear a coat and tie outfit in that heat.
