I am all for short skirts, but men have bits that hang down more than some.
I wouldn't wear a shirt skirt myself but if I did want to wear one that should be ok.

Mouse the towel was so short that I thought that it could not be used as anything other than an item of clothing. It was no more than a drying up cloth.

Oh that's clever. Recently there's been a lot of womens shorts that have that flap across the front to make it look skirt-like.
