Hi Ross, So sorry to read about your accident, but I'm glad you're making good progress, and am looking forward to meeting you on Thursday.

My wife was thrown the length of the bus many years ago but luckily only suffered bruising, although that was over much of her body, and looked horrendous.

Very sorry to hear about your accident, Ross, and I wish you a swift and full recovery. I think the true test of that will be that you still have the good sense to want to wear skirts!

Thanks again all of you for your thoughts and wishes.

Just an update - I am now back at work full time initially just in the Edinburgh office but I now split my time 3 days Glasgow/2 days Edinburgh as I was just before the accident. I still have a slight problem with speaking in that occasionally some words are difficult to get out especially at the start of a sentence. Once I "get going", it seems to improve.

No more appointments with doctor or speech therapists - but I do have an appointment with a neurosurgeon in May as part of my claim against the car driver.

I'm pleased to hear of the progress, Ross, it's very good news indeed and quite encouraging!

Congratulations on getting back to work on a full-time basis.
