Of course I'm new to the "public" wearing of a kilt or a skirt but for a skirt wearer to poke fun at a kilt wearer, wouldn't that be kinda like looking in a mirror and exclaiming "hahaha, where's your purse?"
I can't think of anything to put here that won't offend SOMEONE.
