Yes, I have similar skirts. In fact, I got the term "travel skirt" from this web site. I googled the term, and the first item I came across was Royal Robin skirt for women. Then I looked at other skirts listed.

A travel skirt, to summarize, is meant to be practical, and usually offers decent pockets.

I think that Skirtcraft skirts might also fit into this category.
