I'm not sure whether the "sighting" I saw yesterday at the public library counts or not. Anyway, an Hispanic man, about 30 y.o., came in wearing what I think is called a shirtdress, pink with small flower patterns on it. It extended down well past the waist to about mid-thigh or an inch or so lower. But, he was also wearing a pair of blue jeans.

As for the top, I am sure the manufacturer and retailer who sold it did so as women's wear.

Maybe he was just testing the waters and may ditch the jeans at the right time.

I have a few dresses and tunics that I use that way too. Not anything with patterns on though, just solid colors. My missus thinks its a lot more acceptable for whatever reason compared to using tights/leggings.

Great - always loved Norwich since I used to live in Norfolk - a long time ago now.

Today (27th April, Sunday) at about 0955hrs, in the street outside the Beccles Quakers' Meeting House (Suffolk), a man whom I took at first to be Stevie away from his usual part of the UK (same approximate age, same hair style and colour, same beard, same kinds of clothing - fleece top, long red skirt or dress, sensible footwear); I spoke briefly to him, inviting him to come in for the Meeting, but he declined. And I don't think that he was Stevie after all, even without Susie!

In Minehead on Saturday on the seafront. The gent I saw was wearing black shoes, opaque black tights, black/white chequered pattern skirt and a white shirt.
