Disapppointed not seeing any picture in this page. I usually don't understand such tutorials without any picture because there's always some expressions that mean nothing to me. I won't even try in english which I don't speak good enough out of IT topics.

That is not a kilt by any standard, no pleats or wrap/apron.
It is a skirt, pure and simple.

I like the idea of making your own clothes bit my skills only stretch to taking a pair of trousers up or a skirt in.
