Look not for comfort .

For comfort I use Skechers (the ladies models) Shoes with high heels I never wear them unless there is a reason for it. Like Christmas diners.

you know you can get skechers with a small heel on them...
the shoe style is called 'somethin else' and it has a 2 inch heel.
good for those of us who get sore feet in flats.

I found these unusual 'not quite stiletto' heels.
The heel shouldn't punch holes in flooring like a 'normal' stiletto heel and may even be a bit easier to walk in?
What do you folks think? Buy or avoid?

I think the heel style is a personal choice mainly for aesthetics.
I wear heels always and I find no real difference between a stiletto and a thicker heel in terms of wearability - I don't have any in that style of heel so I cannot say for a certainty but I suspect they will be no easier etc to wear than a thinner heel.

In terms of serviceability - you might find heel tips hard to replace?

I prefer the look of a slender heel to the ground - rather than a heel flaring out lower down - but thats me.

Well now, that’s certainly interesting. To be honest, I’m now sure something like that was meant to actually be worn, and, as nz already mentioned, how in the world do you get something like that repaired?

Quite right, there is. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Looking at those shoes again, I can’t help but wonder about the sturdiness and stability of those heels in day to day wear.
