Summer.

Discussion of fashion elements and looks that are traditionally considered somewhat "femme" but are presented in a masculine context. This is NOT about transvestism or crossdressing.

I wear skirts year around no matter what the temperature is.. I also wear dresses mostly in the summer as they are light weight material. :kiltdance:

It can get down to 0-degrees F. :santa:
But the average is about 25 to 30 degrees F. :bigsmurf:

I don't wear tights even in winter. The closest I come is knee-high support hose and that is only when I fly or am driving long distances.
With my body shape It is hard to keep tights from rolling up at the waist and that gets to be very painful.

Nor do I. The photo I posted in the PennDoT thread was taken on a 35 degree F afternoon. Chest was a bit cool, but the rest was quite warm. Layered a pair of kilt socks with a pair of cashmere wool knee-high socks over them.
