Reminds me of the screen printed oversize beach "T" shirts with over endowed muscular and other physical attributes enhanced to the "Nth" degree !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

I am sure you noticed ! LOL !
The bottom right edge of the hem looks to be a reverse of the front - thus the rear would be a Brazilian (Rio) cut and cheeky at that !

I wonder what the good ole laugh a lot boys down at the local Wal*Mart would think of that since they haven't even been in or near a ladies lingerie department ?

Just for the record: how would it look like when you turn it 90 degrees. I think it will give you a totally new outlook.

No moon just No. That skirt looks like you're walking around in underwear. No offense to the buyer but that's an ugly skirt.

Not to worry... it's not my style and a little too short for my liking anyway.

I have a feeling it's meant to as a gag skirt.. :D
