Apparently 10-12 years old, and on a sidewalk in Manila. "He" could be a girl with a boyish haircut but I am pretty sure he is actually a boy.

Had a sighting in Glastonbury on saturday. He was wearing knee high boots, turquoise tights, a knee length denim skirt and a blue fleecy top.

I was at our local supermarket the other evening, I was wearing one of my sarongs as it was a warmer evening, we were walking out, I briefly saw a fellow in another part of the centre wearing what looked like a black pleated skirt or kilt. Not sure if my wife saw him or not. It looked as though he was with his wife and two kids, they were in the same supermarket we were. There's at least one other skirt or kilt wearing bloke in this area of Brisbane.
Seen a couple of blokes in kilts or similar gear in the last few months around here.
I don't recall any looks or other reaction from anyone else, on this or other occasions. Business as usual.

Wonder what part of Manila you were in, we own a place on the Mandaluyong side of the Pasig river, overlooking Makati.
Never seen any men or boys wearing skirted garments around there.

Wouldn't you know, as soon as I said I felt like one of a kind in the Rose City I saw a fellow this afternoon on the street in a denim mini with jeans underneath. The rest of the outfit was Portland casual, sneakers, flannel shirt, stocking cap. He had a nice-looking lady with him too.

I am tempted to make the observation that anything with jeans under it is just jeans. Could the lad not make up his mind that morning?

I was at a comic book shop with my fiancee and by chance I looked up from the cards I was looking at and noticed a man wearing a kilt! I pointed this out to my fiancee but she didn't care too much. I didn't say anything to him but it was cool.

Yea I agree with this comment, jeans or trousers under skirts don't count as a true skirt experience.
There is a web article where the man claims he wore skirts for a week, but he wore something underneath everyday except for one. So he wore a skirt for a day

I'm supprised they put newbies is such short skirts, If I had been chosen for such an adventure I would have insisted on something knee length or longer.

Yes, I get the same reaction when pointing out other men wearing skirts or kilts to my wife.

On a recent chilly and wet day, a local chapter of the SIA (Society for Industrial Archeology) toured two factories, a match factory and a paper mill. One of us 30 or so participants was a man in his seventies wearing a denim skirt, just above the knee, and high socks so that only about 5 inches of skin showed. Now for the sad part -- I was NOT wearing a skirt because the poor weather convinced me to wear jeans! Yeah, go ahead and scold me…

p.s. - I once got a reduced rate at a Washington DC hotel where the clerk asked if I qualified for the Government rate, and I said I was a member of the SIA, not explaining what that meant!

In a village pub near Richmond - a man in a green camouflage patterned kilt complete with leather sporan. No doubt he also saw me in my full length black skirt. He is a regular at this pub and always wears a non-tartan kilt.
