A while back I was all dressed up in my Kilt with all the trimmings going to church and a person said to me “why the get up, are you going some were after church” no I said it is my Sunday best (remember those times) she turned round and said “oh those days have finished”. I still like the saying “dress to impress”

I've had a beard pretty much full-time since the late 1980s. I've never done a goatee, but have turned it into some pretty decent-looking mutton-chop sideburns on occasion (the classic "Burnsides" look so favoured by steampunks) which I may do again this summer once it warms up.Kilted_John wrote:I started wearing a beard in March 1996.
