Well almost totally. I would say that "we shouldn't be expected to suppress any part of our personalities" all the time, but there are some times when we absolutely should, for example dress codes, uniforms, work environments, etc. when an inappropriate image would hurt business.
When I heard about skirting, I jumped in with both feet!

What ever happened to Michael???
All his material is down everywhere. He was such an inspiration and his outfits were always on point. I took a lot of his ideas and wrapped them into my day to day. His confidence and fierce nature were a force. Does anyone know what happened to him?
