Converting culotte shorts to skirt
Ok so for my 3rd and fourth attempts at conversions, I bought 2 pairs of cheap culotte type shorts from my supermarket, as they appeared to have more material spare and a vaguely pleated effect.
All i did was cut open the inside leg seams, cut away the excess material in the middle and sew up again as a central seam to make a flat panel at the front and the same at the back.
I don't think i've done too bad a job considering it's all hand done and my lack of experience.
Pics of me wearing are in the 'looks' section.

I can't think of a better use for disgusting culottes.
