As to the problem referenced above, I seem to recall having the obvious condition while a young hormonally-overloaded pubescent youngster...particularly while riding the bus and more so with young ladies on-board. Debarking the bus was many times accompanied with deft handling of my books or trumpet case. Or standing still and being chivalrous by letting the ladies debark first. No big deal. Comes with the territory.

Can't recall encountering the problem issue in skirts. I do wear support hose, for multiple reasons, but sometimes take a day or two off.
