Are you seeking a large reaction or a small?

Because small is much more common.

How many people were around this miniature railway, then? Or were they all looking at the setup and not at each other's clothes?

Because it's pretty normal to get eye contact, a quick up-and-down, a pause, an eye roll, a sigh, or maybe a frown from one person in twenty or so. Or maybe one in fifty. Or whatever.

You look great Karl! I would not hesitate being out if you got the support of your wife! Its time men look like you in that skirt.

You seem extremely comfortable, casual, and ready to go anywhere!

Hi Karl

From a fellow newbie - welcome.

I am a similar age to you, but have been wearing skirts for a number of years now.

Like you, all of my skirts are decidedly feminine, but for me that's good. When I am wearing a skirt, it will be with a top/jumper/cardigan/twinset from 'across the aisle' - I just love the choice of clothes available for women.

As others have said, taking that first step out can be quite daunting but your plan to do it stage by stage seems an eminently sensible one. Do be proud when you are wearing your skirt - you will actually find that most people aren't that bothered. And one of the best bits - when you get a compliment from a woman about the skirt you are wearing!!

Good luck - enjoy yourself

Thanks Cauldron by not quite ready to go ANYWHERE not yet but eager to go out again.
Do have to admit that I can't wait to go out in my white net lacy mini rara.
Also thinking of my silver grey shiny very short rara
And if I can be daring enough to wear my black leather mini

I tend much more to knee-length and subdued but whatever works for you, go for It!

I like to feel comfy but also look nice. The more feminine the better.
