If it's related to classic labeling on semiconductors it means a manufacture date in week 2 of 1996.

My word, we are getting old...

Wastrels?! I will give the "educated" bit a +1 though.

Welcome Andrew - love to hear more from you.
From what you suggest, it seems that you are quite comfortable wearing skirts. Good for you!

thank you everybody for your replies.
I have been wearing a kilt on an occasional basis since my primary school days. any excuse to get into a kilt is good enough for me. moving on to wearing a skirt was only natural.
I am coming out as a man in a skirt, and my only regret is not having done it earlier!
this is about being comfortable with what I wear, both physically & emotionally, and overcoming a confidence barrier!

Like everyone else, welcome.

I agree with you about getting confidence etc and not wearing one earlier. I too wear them as main main wardrobe item away from work. Not a problem with the boss, I'm self employed, it's the nature of the job.
