Hello Nick,
I have lived in south East Essex for about 30 years now. I was born in Windsor and grew up in Reading.
Have you moved away now ?

Yes in Wiltshire now. I rarely get back to Essex now. Nearest I got was Stratford a few weeks ago.

I grew up in Wiltshire (Melksham) and still go back to visit my Mum fairly regularly, frequently skirted when we go out to lunch.

What part of the county are you in?

Have fun,

Ian.
