Hello from England

Post by Tackleberry »

I've just joined this forum after googling men wearing skirts in public!!!
Anyway, I originally bought a black knee length black skirt from Asda to wear around my flat, but the other night I went for a pizza dressed in it, along with some black 80 denier tights (well it is cold now lol).....
I've got to admit that I was bricking it a little though.......
But I now have 3 skirts, 2 black ones and a miniskirt for around the flat, with an eye on a fourth one 8)

Hi and welcome to our corner of the internet. It is always good to have another contributor from east of the great puddle, which corner of our cool and soggy island do you hail from?

Feel free to jump in to any conversation that catches your interest, new views are always welcome.

Have fun,

Ian.

Hi and a welcome too from north of Hadrian's wall!

Whilst we are comfortable in kilt (had one on last night in fact!), skirts are beginning to be evident - though they are still far too few of them around.

Feel free to take part in the discussions!

For the past tree and a half years I have been working for a company in Basingstoke, although I was co-opted to the company's Newcastle site for most of the last year. I was rarely in Basingstoke skirted though; it is a bit far from home for general after hours socialising unless there is a particularly good reason. I have however been to a couple of shows at the Anvil kilted; as you’d expect, no issues at all.

Have fun,

I worked in Hartley-Wintney and lived in Rotherwick for 20 years in the '60s to '80s. I also did some regular Oral knife & fork sessions at the B'stoke General Hospital.

During that time they built most of what in Basingstoke defines the town now. It's hard to believe that I remember when there was no M3 !!, so the A30 got seriously blocked every w/end.
Just for old times' sake I'd like to take the time to stroll there once again.
