It's just a play on the scene from Carry on Up the Khyber. Still understated and amusing though.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

The reality of this is that the Scottish Highlanders shed the "Great Kilt" before going into battle.
There is something truly unnerving about an opponent who is stark naked.
This is what gave them their awesome reputation as warriors which lasted down to very recent times.

The bienniel Scottish rugby fans invasion of Dublin is underway for tomorrow's match, but the numbers are seriously down this year. The newspapers referred to the stormy winds which pose a real threat to the kilt-wearing Scots' modesty on the streets, but the big factor is cost.

A three day stay in Cardiff costs £480-odd, but the same in Dublin now costs £1.000. !! That I find hard to swallow.

Note: the pic. shows a kilt with no sporran.
