A menswear skirt for women!

Post by cessna152towser »

Whatever next. I came across this under a search engine hit for men's skirts.
Described as a menswear skirt (for women).
I wonder whether this is meant as a female equivalent to men's pinstripe kilts, though the more likely explanation is that the skirt is intended for the ladies to team with a man's pinstripe jacket.

That link isn't "live" - try using this link instead:

I guess they call it menswear because it is a pinstripe skirt.

Very strange, what is it, men's wear or women's?

Nice skirt, if it fits, buy it 8)

A man is the same man in a pair of pants or a skirt. It is only the way people look at him that makes the difference.

It is a skirt intended to be sold to and worn by a woman, but constructed of fabric generally associated with a man's suit.

This is one of the fashion trends for fall: menswear for women. Please don't throw tomatoes at me, I'm just reporting

Imagine how fast the notion would die if it was reversed: "womenswear for men". It wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in the hot place.
