It's happening everywhere... in equally small numbers!

I like how the designer says that kilts, lunghi, whatever traditional man-skirt you can think of, doesn't really push the boundaries.

I note that the author specifically mentions the cultural baggage associated with the lunghi. There's likely some subtlety with Indian culture going on there that escapes Westerners.
