Interesting read in how to fitting and wearing a skirt(s)

NOTE - nowhere is there a mention of skirt wearing by men - not surprised one bit !

Much of the advice given is absolutely spot on whether one has dangly-bits or not!

So the article didn't mention guys specifically (as pointed out, not very surprising), but big deal. Let's spread some beauty, elegance, and grace. There's too little of that around these days.

Seems to work for men too. Doesn't mention the option of skirts that sit low on the waist for those with a "soft" tummy.

I wish authors who write about skirts, dresses, and bras would use the term "people" instead of "women". Not everybody who wears these items is a woman.

The sentence I like is: "Clothes that make you miserable have no place in your closet." Your ensemble should make you happy and should be what you want to wear not have to wear.

Most women when they are overweight tend to be pear shaped instead of apple shaped. So it would be relatively uncommon for a woman to need to wear a bottom (skirt or trousers) low on the waist.

So in other words the hourglass framing still has some residual time left at the bottom to hold up that end !
Unless medical science or diet and NO exercise intervenes the Hips and Glutes should always be larger than the mid section (waist) !
Er does this skirt make me look fat ?
It is all in the colors lines and pattern - certainly I am not fat ?
With kilts you just ratchet the straps up a notch and squeeze away some flesh to somewhere else !
So the article is suggesting to "Show a Little Knee" heck I'll show'em some knee and then some - all legal of course stopping at mid thigh !
Measured by the eye of the beholder or is that bolder !
I have an eye for that !
