Commissioner kilts-up for LPGA Swinging Skirts Tourney

Post by Caultron »

"[Comissioner] Michael Whan will do just about anything to grow the LPGA Tour -- including donning a traditional Scottish kilt in the pro-am to commemorate this week’s inaugural Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic in San Francisco.

At least he had a option to don a kilt instead of the dreaded pants that the male pro-golfers MUST wear !
So much for a dress code be it golf or something else !
Candidly (well BOLDLY) I must admit I do like/love the lassies in their shorten leg wear !
So why not the men in kilted golf skirts - while the men are not quite there - wearing PINK and Lavender
polos and pants are pushing the envelope in that direction !
"YES SKIRTING MATTERS"!
"Kilt-On" -or- as the case may be "Skirt-On" !
WHY ?
Isn't wearing a kilt enough?
Well a skirt will do in a pinch!
Make mine short and don't you dare think of pinching there !

I'm sure it was just a publicity gimmick but even so, publicity is good.
