Yeah, but I am only interested in the bigoted ones who hide their bigotry behind culture and pseudo tolerance.

Let's be charitable, Dave's a "switherer". I've been there and got over it, so good for me. However, I've never had to really consider that a skirted outing would end in A. and E. (casualty/emergency room).
If you really believed that, would you?
Long before the recent furore, the worst hassle I've experienced so far, family not included, came from a pair of young guys who I really believe were Russian. Fortunately, that was verbal, but I reckon it could have escalated and I doubt I'd have been "undamaged".
Let's be realistic, in our varied environments, there are places and times not to be in a skirt.
