Employees of a brewery, in Germany, can wear skirts (kind of black kilts with the company's logo) at work.
Some employees suggested it because it is more comfortable during hot days.

My German is not good enough to follow all that was said but I got a distinct impression that the piece was generally positive and the kilt wearers happy to have the option.

Sehr mutig von der Firma Schottenroecke mit ihrem Firmendekal drauf zu machen. Aber der Kerl der in der Film fuehrte und lieferte ist jung mit einem guten Figur und koennte sehr gut einen Schottenrock tragen.

Brave of the firm to make kilts with the firm's logo on them. But the bloke who drove and delivered is young and has a good figure, so he could wear a kilt well.

A very interesting clip, made in a district where black 'lederhosen' (short leather shorts with bibs and braces) are widely worn by men, so the step to a black kilt is a small one there.
