Buster Keaton with theatre organ? Heck, I wish I could be there! It's getting to Texas that's the problem.

I just wish that I was in Texas yo be able to see and hear the show. I truly enjoy Buster and have an expert theater organist to play would be such a treat.

What a wonderful time you must have had.
Living in Regional New South Wales (AUSTRALIA) there is not al lot to experience such events.
I do have a collection of Silent Greats on DVD and Blu-Ray, and recently was able to get "Wings" (restored) on Blu-Ray with optional Theatre Organ sound track.
I, too, play and have a Hammond SK2 which I take to local Retirement Homes for a hour of Organ Memories — a programme of Theatre, Hammond, and straight Pipe which is really "Music Therapy". Yesterday included in Programme played the Theme from "My Best Girl" and an arrangement called "The Girls from George M"
Kindest Regards

You will have to report back on it. Even if you are not skirted or kilted.

The night was fantastic :!: :D

The films were either staring Buster Keaton or he was the co-star.
All had a good time. The music was GREAT, and the artist
played in such a manor that you soon forgot he was there.
A Winner for sure :!:

The way the films played on the screen, it showed how Buster Keaton
improved his acting, writing & directing skills in each consecutive film.

Just wish we had more people turn out for the event. :(
