R i P Prince
The words of Queen seem (inappropriately) fitting: "Another one bites the dust." RiP

And yet he is not someone who even appeared on my radar. Whilst one or two of his songs I liked I never really followed him and thought of him as very effeminate in his dress sense. Sort of like a more modern Liberace. Still it takes all sorts to make up the creative sphere and it's sad to lose any element of creativity but he couldn't help but be noticed. R.I.P. anyway.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

I detested Prince's stage persona, but WOW could that guy write! We have, indeed, lost a large one. And at 57, too... Godspeed, sir.

Rest in Peace Prince. My favorite Prince song is Purple Rain. I wasn't much into Prince as I didn't know much about the singer but when I heard the song Purple Rain I fell in love with it.

Also like "Let's Go Crazy"; seems somewhat fitting here!

Re: R i P Prince
I grew up on Prince and am a fan. I've been trying to get all the newspaper clippings since his death but they're hard to find. I was looking at Prince stuff on Ebay and couldn't believe people are already selling the papers of his death for 125.00. It was unreal at how people attempt to make profit off a celebrities death.

I loved Little Red Corvette, really loved Purple Rain, first track I heard and liked was When Doves Cry, liked it and liked the fact that it was a bit different. I must admit that back then I liked all of his singles but that was it.
I found a lot of stuff by him on a music collection I am browsing and gave him a goos listen, actually pretty good funk type stuff, I am enjoying my way through it.
